Our Leader

Corina Eufinger is a multi-generational real estate investor. Her passion for real estate comes from seeing the positive impact it had on her parents and grandparents despite its challenges. As a child Corina often worked at the hands of parents getting hands on experience in rental repairs and management. She also took advantage of attending many of the same courses and conferences her parents did, getting a head start in her “formal” real estate education.

She’s began her adult career in real estate as a property manager, eventually starting up Brio Properties which has evolved into a real estate services company offering rehab project management, portfolio consulting and more.  Corina is a licensed Realtor with Iron Edge Realty where she specializes in helping investors make informed purchases and easy sales. Her extensive knowledge on real estate is what sets her apart from most realtors.

Corina currently co-owns 12 long-term rentals in Rock County, Wisconsin with her brother. In the course of 6 years, the portfolio has had an income increase of 25% and has created an equity increase of nearly 40%! Corina’s goal is to own 36 units. She’s also interested in dabbling in an active flip and owning a STR or two.

Corina hosts the “Landlord Chick Podcast” which has over 7,000 plays on Spotify, Google, and other platforms. She is Chairman of the Wisconsin Apartment Association, an organization dedicated to the education, lobbying, and networking of buy and hold investors.

When not working on real estate related items, Corina is a bookworm and world traveler along with being a devoted aunt, daughter, sister and wife. She currently volunteers with the Watertown Citizens Police Association and the local EAA Chapter.
